In accordance with the terms and conditions of Subscription Agreement A, a total of 4 million subscription shares have been allotted and issued to Subscriber A at a subscription price of HK$0.5 per subscription share. On the other hand, in accordance with the terms and conditions of Subscription Agreement B, a total of 25 million subscription shares have been allotted and issued to Subscriber B at a subscription price of HK$0.5 per subscription share.
