Chalk (02469) announced that the company plans to repurchase from time to time on the open market from May 13, 2024 to May 12, 2025 (both days inclusive) with a total value of no more than HK$300 millionoverwolfcryptocommon stock of the company. The company will subsequently cancel the repurchased shares in accordance with the Listing Rules.
