Bay Area Metro officially opens today
At 12 o'clock today, two intercity lines, Guangfo South Ring Road and Fuzhou-Dongguan Intercity, were officially put into operation. They are connected end-to-end with the existing Fuzhou-Zhao intercity and Guan-Huizhou intercity lines, jointly forming a 258-kilometer-long traffic artery that spans 5 cities and runs east-west. This newly opened transportation network marks a further strengthening of transportation connections within the Bay Area.
