Huaxia Happiness Foundation Co., Ltd. announced on May 20 that the company announcedextrajuicymegaways™A debt restructuring plan was established to implement debt restructuring by optimizing and increasing the equity shares of subsidiary companies. Huaxia Happiness Plan has established a new subsidiary, transferred 30% of the equity of "Happiness Select Platform" and "Happiness Select Platform", and added no more than 25% of the equity of "Happiness Select Platform" to offset the company's financial debts. Relevant financial creditors will exchange claims of no more than 12.5 billion yuan in exchange for the above-mentioned additional equity.
